 Understood the current MI IT architecture and current MI generated for UK and International areas, in terms of data captured in all the data repositories.

 Some of the requirements were to prevent “duplicate commission, lapse reporting”, “duplicate New Business reporting” etc. The proposed solutions included developing new feeds from the source systems to the data marts.

 Analysed the MI currently generated for the existing German operations with respect to the German Pension Products.

 Conducted workshops with IT and Business representatives to discuss the changes in the systems and processes due to the implementation of the new MI requirements.

 Collected the IT cost estimates for all the phases of the project and discussed the feasibility of the proposed solution with the stakeholders.
