Group Financial Analyst & Investment Relations Officer

As Group Financial Analyst in Group Business Analysis department( main duties) :

· Reporting directly to CEO.

  • Co-ordinate the preparation of the monthly financial Group Business Analysis reporting (P&L, B/S, cash flow, etc.) review and analyze monthly and statutory financial results within the Region.
  • Analysis and interpretation of financial results (Variance analysis, Deviation between actual and budgeted figures, Scenario Planning, P&L impact, etc.).
  • Resolve reporting/accounting discrepancies with each affiliate’s CFOs.
  • Monitoring of Cash Flow , cash management and rates on loans
  • Administration of foreign exchange exposure
  • Provision of reliable financial and statistical data to other departments of the Company when necessary.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual, ad hoc reporting.
  • Preparation of reports for the Group’s Management
  • Monitoring and controlling expenses of all Group’s affiliates
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses and provide proposals to the Group’s Management
  • Track the implementation of new reporting requirements
  • Provide analysis, interpretation and commentary on monthly & annual results for each affiliate individually and Consolidated
  • Analyze and review country budgets and expenditures and prepare relevant reports
  • Analyze and review country business plans and expenditures and prepare relevant reports
  • Conduct valuations and analysis for Capital Expenditure and M&A projects on a Group basis
  • Prepare ad hoc presentations & reports for Regional Management

    • As Investment Relations Officer (main duties) :

    · Daily follow-up of the register of shareholders

    · Responsible for the planning, lifting, maintenance and update of the Investor Relations area of the Company’s website.
