I have good knowledge of Administration functions /Customer Support in Hardware,Software/ Printers Accounts, and can independently handle Office Administration, and correspondence

 I have good Communication skills and can handle all type customers and can solve their problems.

 I Have lot of experience in Admin. Field and in Accounts

 Since last 10 years i am working fo Makwell Computer Systems Computer/Printer sales and service industry, wherein i have worked with different organisation and Government concern in solving their system and printer problems. Since we had Annual Maintenance contract with Government institutions like Central Excise /Customs, Bharath Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL, Bangalore and Kolar, Mysore Sales International Ltd., Bhoruka Gas, CVM Precision, Bangalore Metropolitian Services, Karnataka State Road Transportation, Secon Surveys, Varman Aviation, Bharath Earth Movers Ltd., Bangalore, Bharat Fritz Werner and there are lot of small concerns for whom we are providing services for their Systems both in Hardware/Software and Printer services/ Networking. As i had been leading the Engineers into servicing at Onsite and in office also. I used to interact with the concerned officials in solving their problems in time and providing efficient services. I will be able to convince my customer and explain

them and provide an alternative if their problem is not solved. In these ways i will see that the customer is satisfied in my approach. I had 8 efficient Engineers and 2 supportive Assistants for the Field work who will report to me on the day to day calls attended by them.

Education

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor of Commerce – B Com

Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

COMPUTER QUALIFICATION SOFTWARE:

FoxPro, and package like WINDOWS, MSOFFICE 2007, EXCEL, POWERPOINT

Finished course in Oracle and Visual Basic

Tally 9 with VAT

COMPUTER HARDWARE:

All Software Installation / Troubleshoot like Windows/ MSoffice and any other essential software required by the customer.

Networking problem will be solved.

Hardware problem with the CPU and even with Printers will be solved and i do have complete knowledge with Deskjet/Laser and even Networking printers and even System problem will be solved by me.

Sometimes i used to solve over phone and if it is a major one then i used to send my Engineer to the customer place.

Presently working in Makwell Computer Systems as Accountant cum Administrative In charge – The job entrusted to me was complete Accounting, Billing, V.A.T., Service Tax and I used to interact with customers in solving the problems and co-operative with customers in terms of collection of payments to.

Worked in Ormonde Developers Pvt. Ltd., as Accountant and handled Administration job. I was maintaining Bank Accounts, Income Tax, Customers and Suppliers books from 01-01-1999 till 30-12-2000.

Worked in Futuresoft Infotech Pvt. Ltd., as Manager, Administration since 01-12-1995, looking after the Administration, liasioning with Government Department till 30-12-1998.

Worked in Ministry of External Affairs, Passport Office as Computer In charge on Temporary basis since 01-05-1991 till 31-01-1994. Thorough knowledge of entire Passport matters, visa rules and formalities and other related travel regulations.

Worked for Sidney Moses, as Secretary since 01-12-1988 till August 1990 apart from office correspondence, handled Insurance also.

Worked in Adept Computer Centre as part-time Computer Operator from 1989 till 07-08-1990.
